I’ve worked as a Global HR Director, HR Consultant, Executive Coach and Non-Executive Director across a variety of international professional service firms. In that capacity, I strive to bring out the best in an organisation’s people,  helping businesses achieve their wider goals.

Why I love what I do

I love being able to support senior leaders in reaching the most effective solution for their teams and organisations. What gets me out of bed in the morning is the opportunity to see these solutions embedded in organisations and witness the growth in senior leadership teams. And in doing so, I am fortunate to build strong and lasting relationships with really interesting leaders.
