Olivia Moore

Olivia is an Associate Director in our London office. She has over a decade of experience conducting sensitive field assignments in complex environments. 

Over the last seven years, she has specialised in conducting investigations for clients looking to transact in high-risk sectors or jurisdictions. She has particular expertise in providing qualitative investment research to hedge funds; focusing on companies in which there are suspicions of fraud, supply chain/asset mismanagement, or concerns over ESG issues. She has also spent time managing complex international disputes; including multijurisdictional asset tracing and discrete actionable intelligence-gathering assignments.

Prior to joining Risk Advisory, Olivia was a partner in a London-based investigations firm specialising in human source intelligence, running complex investigations across North America, Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. 

She holds an MA in History from the University of Edinburgh and a Graduate Diploma in Law.

Project highlights:

• Conducted an investigation into the supply chain of a publicly traded clothing retailer, identifying multiple issues including illegal labour practices and documented VAT fraud. 
• Led an investigation into four US and European listed healthcare providers, identifying undeclared relationships with financially distressed partners and documented links between the principals and organised crime groups.
• Managed an asset trace assignment in support of high court proceedings, identifying assets that had not been disclosed before the court including crypto-currency, real estate in Morocco and South Africa and multiple bank accounts in the UAE and Nigeria,
