David Santidrian

David Santidrian is a senior associate in our Europe practice. He has worked on a wide range of assignments including pre-transactional FCPA-driven investigations and source of wealth assessments into the healthcare, renewable energy, construction, gaming and art sectors. 

Growing up in Madrid, David has a deep understanding of the intricacies of southern Europe’s commercial and political landscapes. He has lived, studied and worked in Spain, France, Croatia and the UK.

Prior to joining Risk Advisory, David was a researcher at a political risk consultancy, where he specialised in tracking political stability and corruption in Europe and Eurasia. He has also worked at London-based think-tank International Institute for Strategic Studies and at a migrant-focused trade union.

Project highlights:

• Conducted an in-depth study of Croatia’s renewable energy scene and regulatory framework, helping a multinational bank in their first investment in the country.
• Advised a multinational investment firm in a transaction involving a large Spanish infrastructure company, with activities across the world and with a controversial track record.
• Advised a family office in their investment in a prominent Catalan pharmaceutical group, analysing the regulatory framework governing the sector in Spain.
