Risk Advisory recently hosted a webinar on the changing political and business risk landscape in China. This featured a presentation by Dr Kerry Brown, one of the world's foremost experts on Chinese politics and Risk Advisory's Nancy Zhang, who is responsible for managing due diligence investigations in Greater China and north-east Asia. The panelists discussed the business implications of China's recently concluded Third Plenum, a major planning meeting of the Communist Party's top leadership, and Xi Jinping's aggressive anti-corruption campaign. We also explored how – and to what extent – it is possible to mitigate business risks in China’s evolving policy landscape. Unfortunately, timezone constraints prevented us from offering this webinar to our clients in the Americas, but we recorded the presentation and you can watch it here. If you would like to know more about this, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our China team.
