Risk Advisory is hosting a breakfast briefing and roundtable discussion on Tuesday 18 June 2019 on the growing security and political risks posed by right-wing extremists. The event will take place at our London headquarters.
Right-wing extremists have become more intent on violence in the past few months. We are seeing explicit incitement to violence more frequently in our monitoring of extremist forums online, with some posts setting out specific plans for attacks. And in some parts of Europe, extremists are influencing government policy, raising political risks to businesses.
At this briefing and webinar, we will discuss how mainstream right-wing rhetoric is emboldening extremists and how this translates into security and political risks. We will also look at the varying ideologies on the extreme-right wing, and what these mean for businesses.
