Tom started his career in professional services as a strategy consultant at Bain and Company and then went on to KPMG where he worked in the Strategic Intelligence practice, advising companies and private equity investors on market and commercial matters in relation to businesses in Europe and North America.

Following five years as a Partner at KPMG, Tom moved into leading professional services organisations. His first leadership role was at Kroll where he led the European, Asian and eventually global operations as CEO of the Kroll intelligence, investigations and security business. He left Kroll to join legal services business, Lawyers On Demand as CEO. That business grew organically, and through acquisition to be a global leader, operating in Asia, Australia, the Americas and Europe, supporting corporate legal teams with their contracting, technology and staffing needs, in 2023 the business was merged with a US-based litigation support business.

I am focussed on how professional services companies find new and better ways of working so they are more successful. I have led and advised companies in how they deliver advice and services to decision-makers to help them do business.
