Pauline has over 20 years of HR leadership experience across legal, accounting, and broader professional services. She advises boards and senior teams internationally, bringing deep insight into complex, fast-paced, and acquisitive environments.
Since January 2022, Pauline has served on Risk Advisory’s Holdings and Limited Boards, as well as its Audit and Remuneration Committees. Her approach is strategic, honest, and collaborative—focused on aligning people strategy with business goals.
Pauline previously held HR Director roles in a global law firm and now runs a HR consultancy company. Pauline works as a HR Consultant, Executive Coach and is also a Non-Executive Director for the Cambridge Building Society, where she sits on the Audit Committee and chairs their Remuneration and People Committee.
