Tim leads Risk Advisory’s disputes and investigations practice.

Tim focuses on supporting clients who require strategic input in different contentious scenarios, including arbitration and litigation proceedings, often working alongside external counsel. This ranges from gathering intelligence and evidence, investigating specific allegations, identifying assets for enforcement purposes, or helping clients respond to a crisis situation. He has conducted complex asset tracing assignments and large-scale investigations in dozens of jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has a particular interest in helping clients navigate issues at the intersection of business and human rights.

Tim joined Risk Advisory after spending four years at an international intelligence consultancy. A qualified lawyer, he began his career in the Dispute Resolution group of Slaughter and May in London and spent several years in private practice acting on large-scale regulatory investigations, commercial disputes and white collar crime matters. He is an active member of the International Bar Association and a member of the IBA Asset Recovery Committee.
