David Santidrian has extensive experience conducting due diligence and investigative research to support pre-transactional assessments, including FCPA-driven investigations and source of wealth reviews.
David has advised clients in sectors including financial services, healthcare, renewable energy, construction, gaming, and art. He has worked with leading law firms, private equity houses, and multinational corporations to identify reputational and integrity risks ahead of significant transactions and strategic partnerships.
Growing up in Madrid, David brings a strong understanding of Southern Europe’s commercial and political environment. He has lived, studied, and worked in Spain, France, Croatia, and the UK.

- Advised an international investor on market entry into the Balkan renewable energy sector, delivering a regulatory and commercial landscape study and conducting integrity due diligence on select counterparties as part of their first investment in the region.
