Lindsey Block
Lindsey Block is Head of Partnerships and Capacity Building in the Ethical Trade and Environmental Sustainability team at Primark. She has supported improved worker welfare and working conditions across Primark’s supply chain since 2013.
Prior to this Lindsey was an economic advisor for the UK Department for International Development for 10 years, working in the Trade Policy Unit as well completing overseas postings for the Caribbean, Nigeria and India. Lindsey began her career as an Overseas Development Institute Fellow, completing a two year posting in a regional economic development organisation in the Pacific.
In 2019 Lindsey completed an MSt in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University. She also holds an MSc in Development Economics from SOAS, University of London and a BA in Economics and Development from Sussex University.
