Pakistan will hold parliamentary elections on 25 July, which will mark the second-ever transfer of power between civilian governments in the country’s history. But it is far from certain who will win the elections, or how much power the next civilian government will have as it confronts an array of threats to security and stability.
In this briefing a member of our Intelligence & Analysis team will discuss our forecast for the outcome of the election and associated security and crisis risks. We will also assess what political, security and business challenges the next government in Pakistan is likely to face in the coming year.
We hope you can join us to discuss these issues. Preference will be given to Risk Advisory clients. The event will also be streamed by live webinar and available as a podcast for those who are unable to attend in person
