Risk Advisory is hosting a briefing and webinar on Wednesday 14 June at our London offices.

As a general election approaches in Kenya, the widespread violence that followed the 2007 election still hangs over the country’s politics. There have been signs of growing political and inter-ethnic tensions this year. Most recently, politicians have been inciting a spate of armed attacks in central regions.

In this briefing and webinar, we will discuss the likelihood of a recurrence of politically and ethnically-motivated violence and unrest around the Kenyan elections. We will also give our forecasts for the outcome of the polls as well as the implications for Kenya, and for East Africa more broadly.

Places are limited and attendance is strictly by invitation only. However, if you are interested in attending, please register your interest and our events team will be in touch.

The event will be available as a podcast for those who are unable to attend in person.
