Did you know that…
You can limit the number of items in the DBS Code LOV (List of Values) drop down box by typing in the first few characters of either the division, book or strategy code? To do this, on any form with a DBS Code field, enter in query mode by clicking F7, click F9 on the DBS code field and perform the following steps:

•  For a division code, enter in the first few letters of the division and follow

   with a % sign (i.e. WEST%).

•  For a book code, enter in the % sign, then the first few letters of the book

   and follow with a % sign (i.e. %RES%).

•  For a strategy code, enter in the % sign and follow with the first few letters

   of the strategy (i.e. %CORP).

Did you know that…
On any field in BookRunner you can click CTRL + E to bring up a window that will display the enter field’s contents? This is especially useful if the field contents are longer than the field length (i.e. Counterparty names, DBS Code descriptions, etc.).
