BookRunner® User Tip #23

Did you know that…
BookRunner® allows you to define your own fields for any of the Transaction Input, Company, Counterparty or Location forms? By creating User Defined Fields (UDF) under the Admin -> User Fields section, you can create new fields that do not currently exist on these forms. For example, on the Physical Transaction Input form, if you wanted to define a type of crude oil, you can create a UDF field called “Crude Type” that contains a drop-down menu of all different kinds of crude to associate to a contract on a deal-by-deal basis.
